She Recruits is partnering with a major regional health system in Southwest Louisiana seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join an established, high-performing orthopedic group.

This opportunity offers immediate trauma volume and access to a strong referral base of 50+ employed primary care providers.

What You’ll Do:

• Cover approximately 10 trauma call days per month
• Manage high-impact trauma cases within a Level III Trauma Center
• Perform complex fracture and trauma reconstruction procedures
• Collaborate with ED and surgical teams
• Utilize EPIC EMR
• Work with strong nursing and ancillary support
• Access onsite physical therapy
