She Recruits is partnering with a major hospital system  to recruit a BC/BE General Surgeon to join an established 3-physician surgical practice.

Practice Details:

• Employed through a large physician services group
• DaVinci robotic platform available
• Established referral base from hospitalists and primary care
• Dedicated OR block time
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient surgical mix
• APP support available

Case Mix:

• Bread-and-butter general surgery
• Laparoscopic procedures
• Hernia, gallbladder, colon, soft tissue
• Opportunity to build sub-specialty focus if desired
